POLICY AND TERMS

By placing an order at DaniJoh.com you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to DaniJoh.com. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or returned to sender packages.

SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay and American Express and PayPal payments.

PLACING AN ORDER
After you have added an item to your cart, you will be prompted to review your cart. Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order. Once your order is processed, we will not be able to change it.
