NOTE: We are CLOSED October 2, 2019 - October 10, 2019. All orders placed during this time will be shipped when we open on October 11, 2019.

SHIPPING & VERIFICATION

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. When providing shipping information, make sure that the zip code, city and state are correct. Failure to properly input shipping information may result in your order being delayed. 
 
All orders will be shipped during business hours, within 24-48 hours from your purchase, unless stated otherwise at the time of your order.  All inventory is in stock for immediate shipment, upon receipt of payment. 

Shipping costs are determined by the shipping company (i.e. USPS, UPS or DHL). All orders over $50, excluding taxes and shipping, will ship free of charge to show our appreciation for your business. 
 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”. If your order states “Pending”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order has “Shipped”, you will see a delivery tracking number. When contacting Customer service, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.
